The project aims to support decision-making processes and the development of adaptation measures and strategies in the pilot cities (Prague, Plzeň, Ústí nad Labem, Brno) by utilizing methodological approaches of economic assessment, analysis of existing policies (barriers and opportunities) in the area of climate change adaptation, and based on the assessment of the possibilities of implementing nature-based solutions in the cities.

Main outcome of the project is an on-line application for decision-making support –assisting in the selection of appropriate nature-based measures. The software tool will be based on database developed and summarizes the benefits of the measures in terms of mitigation of climate change impacts, their scale, economic feasibility and co-benefits.
